​Rural-outdoor-setting residencies in Las Teouleres, France (2010), and Tokalynga, Sweden (2017), both oriented towards site-specific creative inquiries in outdoor contexts, alongside with the personal memories of growing up in the Greek countryside, inspired the Horafi Residency project on Samothrace Island — an ongoing cultural project within the outdoor terrain.
